FAQ
›Is the content actually written by humans?
AI drafts content from your brief and brand voice. You review the full draft and its factual claims before approving publication. Our SEO checks support that review; they do not verify facts or guarantee rankings. Google evaluates helpfulness and applies its spam policies to AI-generated content too.
›What happens if I don't like the brand voice the AI captured?
Three sliders during onboarding — formality, jargon density, sentence length. You get a live preview of how your voice would rewrite an existing paragraph. Adjust until you’re happy. You can also retune any time later from the dashboard.
›Can I edit the articles before they publish?
Yes — the approval queue includes a full markdown editor. Edit the title, meta description, body, anything. The article only publishes when you click Approve.
›What if the AI gets a fact wrong?
Leave the draft unapproved, correct or reject the claim, and record the supporting evidence. Automated checks can flag issues but cannot independently prove every fact; no accuracy or correction deadline is guaranteed.
›How do I cancel?
Starter, Autopilot and Growth have a 14-day trial with no card required. A trial without a payment method is set to cancel at expiry. Done-For-You charges the setup fee and first month at checkout. Contact hello@mixel.ch to request cancellation of a paid subscription or a trial with a payment method.
›Where is Marketing data stored and processed?
Saved Marketing records use Mixel's self-hosted Supabase/Postgres on Hetzner EU servers. The app runs on Cloudflare Workers, and enabled integrations may process data elsewhere. OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage. You can request an export or deletion; hosting location alone does not establish FADP compliance. See our privacy policy for details.
